Living A Healthy Lifestyle 

By simply eating healthy foods, a lot of weight gain can be avoided. Always strive to eat foods that are as least processed as possible, and stay away from foods that contain large amounts of sugar, fat, sodium, or calories. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

Exercising Often 

You don’t need to go to the gym for half an hour each day in order to exercise. All you have to do is be as mobile as possible, because many little things add up to a large whole. Park your car a block away from your office. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. Take small 5 minute breaks every hour or two and walk around the office. Just four of these breaks add up to a twenty minute walk! Walk around when you talk on the phone. And doing twenty push-ups and ten sit-ups doesn’t take more than a couple of minutes. You can even do them while you are watching television.
